One component, high temperature(150 ℃ ) cured polyurethane coating ink. It serves as clear
transparent protective cover for pattern-printed silicone rubber items ,characterized by dirtproof
and abrasion resistance and of high glossy or matt performance, applied to silicone rubber
products like keypads

Processing
1. Cleaning substrate material surface and flame treatment or corona discharge treatment.
2. Please stir this coating with well-distribution,and filtrated with 200 meshes filtrating screen.
3. Spraying it on the substrate material.
4. Put the sprayed substrate material in dust-free operating environment for 5~10 minutes before
entering the baking tunnel.
5. Baking at 150 ℃ for 50~60 minutes.
Atttention
1. Please stir this coating with well distribution after opening
2. Keeping a good operating environment.The best operating environment should be worked in
dust-free working shop, temperature control at 20 ~ 30 ℃, humidity control in the 60 ~ 80%. Too
much dust will cause more adverseness, temperature is too low to cause a decline in flow
adjustment, adhesion. Shrinkage caused by heavy humidity, too low humidity Easy to create
electrostatic potential safety hazard.
3. Flame or discharge treatment processed silicone sheet should be used up in 30 minutes, more
than 30 minutes must flame or discharge treatment processing again
4. Coating will increases the load of elastic wall, and increases with the film thickness increases,
the silicone rubber elongation decreased, If there are any aspects of scruples, please consider the
methods and coating thickness.
5. PU ink must be used in well ventilated condition,avoid much inhaled into human body in the
process of using,avoid skin contact.

Stored at a cool and dry place,(-5℃~35℃), far away from heat and flame.
