Description:
KL-21 PUR hot melt adhesive is a single-component polyurethane hot melt adhesive with 100% solid content. The product is solid at room temperature. After gluing is completed, the product will react with the moisture of the surrounding environment to produce a strong bonding, and no additional heating is required during the reaction process.

Processing:
1. The sizing surface should be clean, dry and oil-free. Since the surface of the plastic material often has residual release agent components, such as the bonding of the plastic material is not strong enough, it is recommended to use solvent wiping or polishing and other surface treatment methods on the plastic surface.
2. The substrate temperature should not be lower than 20℃ Too low application temperature will shorten the opening time, resulting in weak bonding. If necessary, the substrate can be pre-heated.
3. Please use special melting equipment for melting and coating. Pay attention to prevent burns during use. If the equipment is temporarily shut down for a long time, reduce the temperature of the equipment; otherwise, the glue viscosity will increase
