It serves as clear transparent protective cover for pattern-printed silicone rubber items ,characterized by dirt proof and abrasion resistance and of high glossy or matte performance, applied to silicone rubber products like keypads.

Physical Properties
Processing
1.Cleaning substrate material surface and flame treatment or corona discharge treatment.
2.Please stir this coating with well-distribution,and filtrated with 200 meshes filtrating screen. 3.Spraying it on the substrate material. 4.Put the sprayed substrate material in dust-free operating environment for 5~10 minutes before entering the baking tunnel. 5.Baking at 150 ℃ for 50~60 minutes.
Storage & Shelf life
Stored at a cool and dry place,(-5℃~35℃), far away from heat and flame. 6 months.
