As a modified hot melt adhesive based on special resin synthesis, KL-17 is suitable for coating on PET, PVC and PEI materials. There is no initial adhesion at ambient temperature, yet it can realize superior interfacial bonding with high-temperature pressurization, along with extensive application scenarios and strong bonding fastness.

Operating Steps

1. Ensure the substrate surface is clean, dust-free, and oil-free.  
2. Apply/screen print/spray the adhesive onto the substrate. 

3.Bake at 90-110 degrees Celsius for 1-2 minutes to evaporate solvents or moisture. 

4. A: Roll up (with cooling rollers) ☞ Apply release film ☞ For sale/Laminate within 6 months 
B: Lamination: Hot pressing (100-170 degrees Celsius for 1 minute) ☞ Curing (175 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes / 50-60 degrees
Celsius for 24 hours) 

5. After standing for 24 hours, conduct relevant tests.Packing & Delivery
