KL-108 Modified Hot Melt Adhesive

KL-108 is a water-based modified polyurethane adhesive. It’s milky white liquid with 45±3% solid content. It bonds PET, PVC, PEI and other films firmly via hot pressing at 120–130°C. Eco-friendly, VOC-free, easy to apply by roller coating. Shelf life: 12 months. Ideal for film lamination.

Processing

1. Roller coating allows for adjustment of the coating thickness according to actual needs.
2. This product can be activated and bonded at 120-130℃, and after complete crystallization, it can withstand

a temperature of 100℃ and pass the double 85 test.
