Compounded with unique resin components, KL-18 hot melt adhesive fits well with PET, PVC and PEI coating usage, remaining non-sticky at normal temperature and forming solid adhesion after hot pressing.

Operating Steps

Make sure the surface of substrates is free from dirt, dust and oily contaminants.
Distribute the adhesive on substrates by coating, screen printing or spraying methods.
Perform baking treatment at 90-110℃ lasting 1-2 minutes to eliminate solvents and moisture.
Process Mode A: Cool down using cooling rollers, paste release film, keep stock or finish lamination within 6 months.


Process Mode B: Implement hot pressing lamination at 100-170℃ for 1 minute, followed by curing procedures under two temperature standards.
Implement corresponding detection work after 24-hour static placement.
