Hot Melt Adhesive

This high-performance KL-18 adhesive works perfectly for PET, PVC and PEI coating. It won’t stick spontaneously at room temperature and delivers stable long-term bonding via high temperature pressurization.

Operating Steps

1.Clean substrate surfaces to remove dust and oil.
2. Apply adhesive by coating, printing or spraying.
3. Bake at 90-110℃ for 1-2 minutes to remove solvents and water.
4. Route A: Cool with cooling rollers, attach release film, use within 6 months.
Route B: Hot press for 1 minute at 100-170℃, then cure at specified temperature and time.
5. Finish all relevant tests after 24 hours standing.
