KL-18 boasts fine coating performance on PET, PVC and PEI. Derived from special resin synthesis, it features no surface stickiness at room temperature and excellent cohesive force after high temperature processing.

Operating Steps

1.First, keep your base material surface neat, dust-free and oil-free.
2. You can coat, print or spray our adhesive on target materials.
3. Heat the coated items at 90-110℃ for 1-2 minutes to dispel solvents and moisture.
4. Two practical using methods:
Method 1: Cool items with cooling rollers and stick release film, usable for sale or lamination in 6 months.
Method 2: Use hot pressing for 1 minute to finish bonding, then cure products under different temperature environments.
5. It is advised to do relevant effect tests after placing for 24 hours.
