For reliable material bonding, choose KL-18 modified hot melt adhesive. It can be smoothly applied on PET, PVC and PEI and gains strong adhesive property only under high temperature pressing.

Operating Steps

1.Clean substrates to eliminate dust and oil dirt.
2. Apply adhesive via coating, printing or spraying.
3. Bake 1-2 mins at 90-110℃ to evaporate solvents and moisture.
4. Option A: Roller cooling + release film pasting, available for use within 6 months.
Option B: 1-minute hot pressing lamination, then temperature-controlled curing.
5. Run relevant tests after 24-hour resting.
