Operating Steps

1.Guarantee the substrate surface is spotless, free from dust and oily residues.
2. Dispense the adhesive onto base materials by coating, screen-printing or spraying.
3. Carry out oven drying at 90 to 110 degrees Celsius for 1-2 minutes to vaporize solvents and water.
4. Process A: Roller cooling plus release film lamination, valid for sales and further lamination within 6 months.
Process B: Hot press lamination for 1 minute at 100-170°C, followed by dual-temperature curing treatment.
5. Initiate related inspection procedures after resting for 24 hours.
