You can evenly apply KL-18 on PET, PVC and PEI. It stays non-adhesive at normal temperature and reaches ideal bonding effect after thermal pressing.

Operating Steps

1.Wipe and clean base surfaces completely to remove all dust and oil contaminants.
2. Apply glue evenly through coating, screen print or spray methods.
3. Heat bake at 90-110°C for one to two minutes to remove volatile solvents and moisture content.
4. Method one: Cool down using cooling rollers, fit release film, store and use within half a year.
Method two: Complete hot pressing lamination in 1 minute, then finish curing under specified thermal conditions.
5. Undertake relevant performance tests after full 24 hours of standing.
