Operating Steps

1.Prior to operation, ensure all substrate surfaces are clean, dust-free and oil-free.
2. Apply adhesive materials onto workpieces by coating, silk-screen printing or air spraying.
3. Use moderate high-temperature baking at 90-110°C for 1-2 minutes for solvent and moisture removal.
4. Production flow A: Roller cooling treatment + release film attachment, available for sale and lamination within 6 months.
Production flow B: 1-minute hot press bonding, then implement high or low temperature curing respectively.
5. Arrange professional property tests after 24 hours of natural placement.
