This industrial-grade modified hot melt glue KL-18 suits PET, PVC, PEI coating work and only develops strong stickiness under high temperature compression.

Operating Steps

Eliminate dust, oil and impurities thoroughly from substrate surfaces.
Deposit adhesive on substrates with coating, printing or spraying techniques.
Keep baked goods at 90-110°C for 1-2 minutes to evaporate excess solvents and dampness.
Flow A: Cool with cooling rollers, stick release film, usable within six months.


Flow B: Hot press for 1 minute within 100-170°C, then proceed with scheduled curing process.
Finish all matching tests after one-day static placement.
