Operating Steps

1.Keep the surface of raw materials tidy without dust and oil stains.
2. Choose coating, screen printing or spraying ways to apply the adhesive.
3. Heat processed products at 90-110°C for 1-2 minutes to evaporate internal solvents and moisture.
4. Two common application solutions:
Solution 1: Cool products and attach release film, applicable within six months.
Solution 2: Bond materials by short-time hot pressing, then do curing treatment.
5. It is recommended to finish relevant effect detection after 24 hours placement.
