Operating Steps

1.All substrate surfaces must be cleaned to exclude dust, grease and foreign matters.
2. Adhesive application can be realized by coating, screen printing and spraying approaches.
3. Thermal drying at 90-110°C for 1-2 minutes is essential for solvent and moisture volatilization.
4. Two feasible subsequent processing plans:
Plan A: Cool samples with cooling rollers and cover with release film, usable within six months.
Plan B: Perform thermal pressing lamination then adopt corresponding curing parameters.
5. Relevant functional tests shall be conducted after 24 hours static storage.
