KL-25 provides exceptional resistance to water and dry cleaning once fully crystallized. After direct coating onto nylon or polyester fabrics, heat press at 160°C for 5–10 seconds to bond TPU/PU layers. Follow with a maturation step at 40–50°C for 24 hours. During this period, the adhesive crystallizes completely, locking in bond strength that withstands industrial laundering. This makes KL-25 suitable for high-performance garments, automotive seat covers, and other textiles requiring regular cleaning. The adhesive is a clear, viscous liquid with 32±3% solid content. For high-temperature applications, mix with KL-003. Shelf life: 12 months in original sealed containers.
