It bonds efficiently to TPU and PU layers when heat-pressed at 160°C for 5–10 seconds. The adhesive can be roller-coated directly onto nylon or polyester fabrics, offering immediate room-temperature tack for easy assembly. After bonding, a 24-hour maturation at 40–50°C ensures full crystallization, resulting in strong, flexible bonds that resist heat and humidity. For projects requiring extra heat tolerance, blend with KL-003. The glue is supplied as a clear, thick liquid (32±3% solids) and has a 12-month shelf life when stored properly.
