KL-25 provides a practical advantage: initial tack at room temperature. This allows operators to position fabrics or films accurately before the final heat press step. The adhesive is a clear, highly viscous liquid (70,000–120,000 cps) with a solid content of 32±3%. It can be roller-coated directly onto nylon or polyester materials. After activating at 160°C for 5–10 seconds, it bonds effectively to TPU, PU, and other substrates. For long-term durability, a 24-hour curing period at 40–50°C is required to achieve full crystallization. The final bond is flexible, washable, and dry-cleanable. For high-heat environments, add KL-003.
