Scenario 1: Room-temperature bonding between silicone rubber substrates
1. Surface thoroughly cleaned prior to bonding
2. Apply adhesive evenly, coating thickness controlled under 5mm
3. Keep compressed for over 120 minutes; full curing completes in 24 hours at 25°C
Scenario 2: Room-temperature bonding of silicone rubber and metal
1. Wipe bonding surfaces clean with anhydrous ethanol
2. Coat thin layer of CL-24S-4 primer once on treated surfaces
3. Cure primer naturally for 30 mins at room temp, or 5-15 mins at 90°C
4. Spread KN-300 glue after primer sets, press no less than 120 mins; fully cured in 24h at 25°C

1. Purify bonding surfaces using or absolute ethanol
2. Apply a single thin coat of CL-24J activator on cleaned areas
3. Leave for 30 minutes to finish room-temperature curing
