Case 1: Silicone rubber to silicone rubber bonding (ambient temperature)
1. Carry out surface cleaning treatment
2. Uniform glue application, maximum thickness 5mm
3. Maintain compression over 120 minutes; complete solidification takes 24 hours at 25°C
Case 2: Silicone rubber-metal bonding under room temperature
1. Remove dirt on surfaces with or pure ethanol
2. Apply one thin layer of CL-24S-4 activating agent
3. Cure 30 minutes at room temperature or 5 to 15 minutes at 90°C
4. Apply KN-300 adhesive afterwards, compress over 120 mins; fully cured within 24h at 25°C
Case 3: Silicone rubber-plastic ambient bonding
1. Clean bonding faces with or anhydrous alcohol
2. Single thin coating of CL-24J activator on cleaned surfaces
3. Allow 30-minute room-temperature curing process
