KN-300 Series
KN-300 series RTV silicone adhesive meets food and medical safety standards. With waterproof and heatproof performance, it cures under normal temperature via moisture reaction, used to seal and bond medical silicone items and baby products.

Condition 1: RT bonding for silicone rubber and silicone rubber
1. Clean all bonding surfaces
2. Even glue spread, thickness no more than 5mm
3. Compress for minimum 120 minutes; total curing time 24 hours at 25°C
Condition 2: RT bonding between silicone rubber and metal material
1. Decontaminate surfaces via absolute ethyl alcohol
2. Lightly brush CL-24S-4 once on cleaned parts
3. Cure 30 mins at room temperature or 5-15 mins at 90 degrees Celsius
4. Apply KN-300 glue, sustain pressure over 120 mins; full cure in 24h at 25°C
Condition 3: RT bonding of silicone rubber and plastic parts
1. Surface cleaning with pure ethanol
2. One thin brushing of CL-24J activator on treated surfaces
3. 30-minute natural curing at room temperature
