KN-300 Series
Tailored for medical and food scenarios, KN-300 series RTV silicone adhesive possesses waterproof and heat resistant traits. It cures at room temperature upon moisture contact, securing sealing and bonding for silicone medical and infant daily products.

Working Mode 1: Silicone rubber self-bonding at ambient temperature
1. Complete surface cleaning work
2. Apply adhesive uniformly with thickness below 5mm
3. Press continuously over 120 minutes; fully solidified after 24h at 25°C
Working Mode 2: Silicone rubber bonding with metal at room temperature
1. Clean bonding surfaces using anhydrous ethanol
2. Coat a slim layer of CL-24S-4 primer once
3. Achieve primer curing in 30 mins RT or 5-15 mins at 90°C
4. Bond with KN-300, keep pressing 120+ mins; complete cure in 24h at 25°C
Working Mode 3: Silicone rubber and plastic room-temperature bonding
1. Remove impurities with absolute alcohol
2. Single thin application of CL-24J activating glue
3. Undergo 30 minutes room-temperature curing
