SILICONE PRIMER CL-PA-AB
Our CL-PA-AB Silicone Primer is specially developed to adhere addition-type and peroxide-based unvulcanized silicone rubber to metal, PA, PET and various other substrates.

1. Chemical treatment of the substrate with solvent, Cleare oil and dust . 2. Mix completely the A and B with ratio 1:1 and apply the primer by dipping, brushing, spraying or silk screen printing method.
3. Baking at 90-135℃ for 15-20mintes. 4. The primer treated substrates are processed within that day.
5. Foward the unvulcanized silicone rubber with primer-coated substrates in mouding process or hot air vulcanization.
1.Please store this product in dry and shady places, and keep it away from heat and fire.
2. Remember to close the lid after each use to prevent evaporation. You may store remaining primer individually to make it last longer.
3. The solvent inside is harmful. Please work in a well-ventilated, fire-safe space, and try not to breathe in the fumes or get the product on your skin for a long time.
4. We suggest testing the silicone primer with your substrates before mold curing. It may fail to cure properly if exposed to ionic compounds of N, P, S, Sn, Pb, Hg, Sb and Bi.
