SILICONE PRIMER CL-PA-AB
CL-PA-AB is a professional silicone primer. It is designed to create strong bonds between two types of uncured silicone rubber — addition-cure and peroxide-cure grades — and substrates like metal, PA and PET.

1. Chemical treatment of the substrate with solvent, Cleare oil and dust . 2. Mix completely the A and B with ratio 1:1 and apply the primer by dipping, brushing, spraying or silk screen printing method.
3. Baking at 90-135℃ for 15-20mintes. 4. The primer treated substrates are processed within that day.
5. Foward the unvulcanized silicone rubber with primer-coated substrates in mouding process or hot air vulcanization.
1.Select dry and shaded storage spaces and keep the product far from heat and fire.
2. Always replace the cap after use to avoid evaporation. Separately store leftover primer to extend its usable life.
3. Due to the harmful nature of the solvent, the workplace needs good ventilation and fire precautions. Avoid breathing in vapors or skin contact over extended periods.
4. Check the compatibility of silicone primer and substrates ahead of mold curing. Ionic compounds including nitrogen, phosphorus, sulfur, tin, lead, mercury, antimony and bismuth will disrupt the curing process.
