SILICONE PRIMER CL-PA-AB
As a functional silicone primer, CL-PA-AB is dedicated to bonding unvulcanized silicone rubber (addition and peroxide systems) with metal, PA, PET and other common base materials.

1. Chemical treatment of the substrate with solvent, Cleare oil and dust . 2. Mix completely the A and B with ratio 1:1 and apply the primer by dipping, brushing, spraying or silk screen printing method.
3. Baking at 90-135℃ for 15-20mintes. 4. The primer treated substrates are processed within that day.
5. Foward the unvulcanized silicone rubber with primer-coated substrates in mouding process or hot air vulcanization.
1.For proper preservation, keep the product in dry shade and prevent exposure to heat and fire.
2. Ensure the lid is closed after every use to avoid volatilization. We recommend separate storage for remaining primer to extend its shelf life.
3. The solvent contained is hazardous. Please ensure your working space is ventilated and fire-safe. Refrain from long inhalation and direct skin contact.
4. Before mold curing, please test whether the silicone primer is compatible with your substrates. Ionic compounds of N, P, S, Sn, Pb, Hg, Sb and Bi will adversely affect curing results.
