SILICONE PRIMER CL-PA-AB
CL-PA-AB, a silicone primer product, is widely used to attach addition-type and peroxide-based uncured silicone rubber to metal, PA, PET and other similar substrates.

1. Chemical treatment of the substrate with solvent, Cleare oil and dust . 2. Mix completely the A and B with ratio 1:1 and apply the primer by dipping, brushing, spraying or silk screen printing method.
3. Baking at 90-135℃ for 15-20mintes. 4. The primer treated substrates are processed within that day.
5. Foward the unvulcanized silicone rubber with primer-coated substrates in mouding process or hot air vulcanization.

2. Cap tightly after use to prevent volatilization. Store residual primer separately for longer storage.
3. Harmful solvent. Ventilate workplace, fireproof required. Avoid long inhalation and skin contact.
4. Test primer-substrate compatibility before mold curing. Ionic compounds of N, P, S, Sn, Pb, Hg, Sb, Bi cause curing failure.
