Product Description
Used in compression moulding of HTV silicone rubber, C-15 acts as the curing agent. The cured product is characterized by non-toxicity, strong anti-yellowing performance, and a lack of bad smell. Curing of the raw silicone must take place at 170–175°C.
Processing:
Curing should be performed at 175°C. The recommended addition level is 0.8–1.2% of the silicone rubber weight. Add the agent incrementally in several small amounts. Otherwise, insufficient static discharge and excessive heat from the roller can lead to material burning during mixing. Any fire must be extinguished using a foam extinguisher.
