Product Description
Manufactured through high-temperature vulcanization, this single-part ink is suitable for coating silicone products that demand electrical conductivity. It supports three printing techniques: screen printing, pad printing, and spot printing.
Application
Mainly applied to silicone products that requires electrical conductivity.
Processing
1.Remove all contaminants (impurities, grease, particles, etc.) from the silicone surface by cleaning.
2. Refrigerated ink must be brought back to room temperature before use. If the ink is overly thick during application, adjust its viscosity with odorless kerosene to suit screen, pad, or spot printing.
3. Allow the ink to rest for 10–30 minutes in a dust-free area. After full solvent evaporation, curing occurs.
4. Vulcanize by heating at 180–200℃ for 10–20 minutes.
5. Use aviation kerosene as a diluent. For spot printing, the ink-to-thinner ratio is 1:2. For screen printing, the ratio is 1:0.2.
6. The resistance is approximately 100 Ω.

Attention
1. The product should be sealed and stored at 0-10°C, and the storage period is three
months. When the product has passed the storage period, it can be further used after
the technical test.
2. The product should be stirred evenly and completely.
3. Printing must be done in a suitable environment. It is recommended to keep the
working area free of dust, keep the temperature below 25 ° C and control the
humidity to 60-75%. Too low humidity will easily cause static electricity in the ink,
which in turn may result in a poor printed image.
4. Unused ink should be sealed and refrigerated.
