Designed specifically for bonding extruded silicone rubber gaskets, this product features a clear, transparent appearance. It rapidly cures into a silicone polymer when exposed to high temperatures, ensuring a permanent, durable bond for silicone rubber joint cords.

Method of application
1, Mix KL‑301G(ABC) in the ratio A:B:C = 10:10:1 by weight (e.g., 10 g A + 10 g B + 1 g C).
2,Coat the adhesive on a thin sheet at ≤0.5 mm thickness.
3, Preheat the gasket ends on the hot mould to improve adhesion.
4, Apply a tiny adhesive layer to the preheated ends.
5,Quickly push the two cord ends together by hand before the adhesive cures, and hold horizontal pressure until the upper mould closes to ensure full contact.
6,Cure under the closed mould at 180 °C for 10–20 s, then allow to cool at room temperature for maximum strength.
The final bond line is still visible in the attached photo of the finished product.
