Designed as a pigment for liquid silicone rubber, this product line has a paste‑like consistency due to its viscosity. Molded components achieve full compliance with food and medical regulations—offering zero toxicity, no taste, flawless surface appearance, and intense color brilliance.

Physical property of water based pigment:
Appearance: Any colors
Add ratio ( silicone rubber): 0.5% ~ 3%
Specific gravity(g/cm3) : 1.10±0.02
Application method of liquid color pigment:
•Colour matching: Use the silicone’s natural colour or a Pantone swatch to set the paste addition level.
• Addition method: With a colour pump, adjust parameters on the machine. Without one, premix paste with B‑agent, then add A‑agent, vacuum‑degas, and inject.
• Moulding conditions: Temperature 115–135 °C (depending on silicone type); curing time 200–300 seconds (adjust for thickness/product).
Packaging of water based pigment: 1KG~20KG/barrel
Storage:: Unpacked, stored at 25 ~35 , service life is 12months
