Added to liquid silicone rubber as a coloring agent, these products are termed "color pastes" owing to their rheological properties. After curing, the silicone articles readily pass food and medical tests—they are nontoxic, have no residual odor, display no knit‑lines or flow marks, and deliver uniform, bright shades.

Application method of liquid color pigment:
The colour‑paste proportion is established by referencing either the natural hue of the uncured silicone or the universally recognised Pantone colour guide. For automated systems, the paste is metered via an integrated colour pump, and the feed rate is regulated by machine parameters. In manual setups, the paste is first homogenised with Agent B, then combined with Agent A, subjected to vacuum deaeration, and thereafter injected into the cavity. The recommended mould temperature, contingent upon the silicone formulation, is 115–135 °C, while the cure cycle should be set between 200 and 300 seconds, adjusting for the component’s thickness and design.
