Liquid silicone color pigment from china manufactuer
This product series functions as a colorant for liquid silicone rubber. Because of its viscosity and flow behavior, it is referred to as a paste. The resulting silicone goods meet food and medical test requirements, meaning they are: non‑toxic, tasteless, free from flow marks, and strikingly bright in color.

Appearance: Any colors
Add ratio ( silicone rubber): 0.5% ~ 3%
Specific gravity(g/cm3) : 1.10±0.02
Application method of liquid color pigment:
How is the colour‑paste amount decided? – By matching the silicone’s own colour or using a Pantone swatch.
How is it added? – If the machine has a colour pump, adjust the parameters. Without one, manually blend the paste with Part B, then with Part A, degas under vacuum, and fill the mould.
What are the processing conditions? – Mould temperature 115–135 °C (depends on the silicone), and curing time 200–300 seconds, varying with product thickness and shape.

Storage:: Unpacked, stored at 25 ~35 , service life is 12months
