With these pigment pastes—so called because of their optimal viscosity and pourability—you can color liquid silicone rubber safely. The finished products are approved for food and medical use: they are inert, odor‑free, visually uniform (no flow marks), and available in brilliant hues.

Add ratio ( silicone rubber): 0.5% ~ 3%

Application method of liquid color pigment:
Always begin with a colour reference—either the base silicone’s own shade or a Pantone chip—to fix the paste percentage. In pump‑equipped moulders, the ratio is simply set via the control panel. For non‑pumped lines, ensure thorough hand‑mixing: paste first into B, then A, then vacuum‑degas thoroughly before injecting. Temperature is critical: stay in the 115–135 °C window, but verify with your specific silicone. Curing time is not fixed; start at 200–300 seconds and adjust up or down for heavy sections or different part geometries.
