Product Description

Application

Mainly applied to silicone cellphone case, silicone keypad and other silicone rubber products.

Application Ratio

Silicone ink: 100g

Mixer(catalyst): 2~3g

Thinner: 300~500g

Processing

(1) Begin by thoroughly integrating the catalyst into the ink inside a barrel at a ratio of 100 parts ink to 2–3 parts catalyst.

(2) Subsequently, dilute this blend with three to five times its volume of thinner—either White Gas or Dimethyl-benzene.

(3) Allow a mixing period of between 5 and 10 minutes for complete dissolution.

(4) Before you start spraying, run the mixture through a 300-mesh filter twice.

(5) Remember that the mixture will only remain active for a maximum of 12 hours.

(6) Finally, verify that your room temperature is held at a constant 22°C.

Baking method

A.Oven:Baking at 180℃ for 20 minutes.

B.IR strip: Baking at constant temperature 200℃ for 7 minutes

Attention

1. This agent including volatile solvent, please keep ventilating and far away from heat and open flame.

2. Avoid skin contact for a long time and vapor inhalation

3. Washing with soap once skin contact.

Storage

Stored at room temperature for 6 months with any mixing.
