The IEC 60331 Cable Fire Resistance Tester is designed for comprehensive fire testing of electrical cables and optical fibers. This professional testing equipment evaluates circuit integrity under fire conditions, specifically testing cables at flame temperatures of at least 750°C to determine fire-resistant characteristics and performance parameters.
Compliance Standards
This fire testing equipment complies with IEC 60331-11 standards for electric cables under fire conditions. The system can also be customized to meet BS 6387, BS 8491, and other international test standards for comprehensive cable fire resistance evaluation.

  • Three-phase transformer: 380V, 9KVA capacity
  • Fire supply duration: 0-999 minutes programmable
  • Dual φ1.5mm thermocouples with portable thermometer for flame calibration
  • Precise gas flow control: air 20-200L/Min, propane 2-20L/Min adjustable
  • Computer software control with real-time monitoring of current, voltage, and gas flow
  • Automatic safety shutdown for sample short circuit, open circuit conditions
