BS EN 13823 Single Burning Item Test System
This professional fire testing equipment evaluates the combustion characteristics of building materials according to BS EN 13823 standards. The system measures heat release rate, smoke production, and other critical fire performance parameters.
Testing Capabilities
The SBI test system automatically evaluates sample combustion reactions placed on a mobile cart within the exhaust system. Key measurements include heat release rate (HRR), smoke release rate (SRR), fire growth rate index (FIGRA), oxygen consumption, CO/CO2 generation, and smoke growth rate index (SMOGRA). The system supports maximum heat release rates up to 1MW.
