This 27 cubic meter smoke density test chamber is designed for evaluating smoke generation performance of wires, cables, and optical cables according to international testing standards. The system measures optical transmittance changes caused by smoke obstruction during combustion testing.

Working Principle
The optical measurement system consists of a light source, silicon photocell, light source receiver, and computer system. Light passes through the 3m×3m×3m chamber, forming a uniform 1.5m±0.1m diameter beam. Smoke generated during cable combustion absorbs photoelectricity, weakening beam intensity and enabling transmittance calculation.
