This professional testing equipment evaluates the combustion performance of building materials under controlled laboratory conditions according to EN ISO 1182 and GB/T 5464 standards.
Application Scope
Designed for testing building materials and composite products, this apparatus supports classification ratings including A1, A2, A1f1, and A2f1 in building product fire safety standards.
Testing Methodology
Samples are placed in the furnace at 750°C exposure temperature for 20 minutes, with thermocouples monitoring temperature at the specimen center and surface.

  • Average furnace temperature rise not exceeding 50°C
  • Average flame duration not exceeding 20 seconds
  • Average mass loss after cooling not exceeding 50% of initial mass
