IEC 60529 IP5X IP6X Sand Dust Test Chamber 1000×1000×1000mm with PLC Control for Automotive Components

This IEC 60529 IP5X IP6X Sand and Dust Test Chamber is designed for comprehensive IP protection testing of electrical and electronic products, automotive components, and seals in controlled dusty environments.

This equipment verifies the performance of electrical products, automotive and motorcycle parts, and seals during use, storage, and transportation in dusty environments. The test simulates open, dusty air conditions caused by natural or human disturbances such as vehicle movement.

Features two conical funnels with dust collection ports at the bottom. A high-pressure turbine circulating fan intake installed at the dust extraction port conveys suction to the top of the inner chamber, where it freely disperses from top to bottom, creating a continuous cycle.
