The CETDQ801B multi-channel charge amplifier converts input charge signals into proportional voltage outputs, designed specifically for piezoelectric sensor integration in weigh-in-motion systems. Working Principle
The CETDQ801B employs a sophisticated multi-stage signal processing architecture:
Signal Processing Stages
- Charge Conversion Stage: Transforms piezoelectric sensor charge signals into proportional voltage outputs with high input impedance
- Adjustment Stage: Normalizes voltage output for sensors with varying sensitivities
- Low-Pass Filter: Second-order Butterworth filter eliminates high-frequency interference
- High-Pass Filter: First-order passive filter suppresses low-frequency noise
- Final Power Amplifier: Provides gain and output short-circuit protection
The charge conversion stage features four feedback capacitor settings (101pF, 102pF, 103pF, 104pF) providing output ranges of 10mV/pC, 1mV/pC, 0.1mV/pC, and 0.01mV/pC respectively.
