The result: seamless tubes with machined features such as grooves, flanges, threads, chamfers, cross-holes, or stepped diameters - eliminating secondary assembly and ensuring drop-in readiness for hydraulic systems, pneumatic cylinders, structural frames, heat exchangers, and instrumentation lines.

Yes. We supply tubes in custom cut lengths (from 50 mm to 6000 mm for aluminum; up to 12000 mm for stainless steel). After cutting, we perform CNC turning, milling, drilling, threading, grooving, and end finishing according to your drawing.

- For aluminum tubes: Yes - clear anodizing, hard anodizing (Type III), or color anodizing available. Anodizing improves surface hardness and corrosion resistance.
- For stainless steel tubes: Yes - passivation per ASTM A967 removes free iron and restores chromium oxide layer for maximum corrosion resistance. Electropolishing also available for ultra-smooth, sanitary surfaces.

Yes, but with precautions. For thin-wall tubes (wall thickness < 2 mm):
- We use support mandrels or soft jaws to prevent deformation
- Threads are typically rolled (stronger) rather than cut
- Cross-holes are drilled with peck drilling and low feed rates

For custom extruded aluminum profiles (new die), MOQ is typically 500-1000 kg. For seamless stainless steel tubes from stock, no MOQ on cut-to-length.
