Brief Description:

The continuous rotary kiln is a highly efficient heat treatment equipment, mainly composed of a furnace body, a supporting device, a transmission system and a heating system. Its core structure is a rotatable cylindrical furnace body that is installed tilted and driven by a motor to make the material roll forward continuously in the furnace. During operation, the material enters from the high end and gradually moves to the low end as the furnace body rotates. During this process, the high-temperature heat energy generated by the heating system is transferred to the material through radiation, convection and conduction, realizing heat treatment processes such as drying, calcining and roasting.
