Step-by-Step Applying Process

1. Prepare the Design

Pre-cut HTV: Order numbers/designs in your team’s size, color, and font.

DIY Cutting: Use a Cricut/Silhouette machine to cut HTV sheets into custom designs.

2. Weed Excess Vinyl

Remove the carrier sheet and use tweezers to peel away excess vinyl around the designs .

3. Position the Designs

Place the designs shiny side up on the clothing.

Use heat-resistant tape to secure them for avoiding wrinkles.

4. Preheat the Heat Press

Set the heat press to 320–330°F (140 degree)

Preheat the jersey for 2–3 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.

5. Press the Designs

Cover the design with a Teflon sheet to protect it.

Apply pressure for 10–15 seconds in 3-4kg pressure .

For stretchy fabrics, use a lower temperature (300°F) and pulse-press technique.

6. Cool and Peel

Let the clothing cool for 10–15 seconds.

Peel the carrier sheet slowly at a 180° angle. If vinyl lifts, re-press for 5 seconds and let it cold completely.

7. Test Durability

Gently stretch the fabric to ensure the numbers adhere properly.
