Professional 3D Silicone Heat Transfers are decorative elements for clothing and bags,

made from silicone vinyl or silione inks, designed to be applied to fabrics using heat pressure to transfer.

The feature a raised, three-dimensional texture(call 3D), offering both visual and tactile looking. 

Decals and logo mostly designed by customer to make the transfers.

Application Process

Design Creation: Silicone is molded or laser cutting into custom shapes or logos. 

We have more than 20 colors available in 0.3mm, 0.5mm and 1mm. Or screen printing in max 8 colors.

Heat Application: Using a heat press or iron, the transfer is bonded to the fabric at specific temperatures 160°C above for for 15–20 seconds.

Pressure: Ensures adhesion, especially for thicker silicone layers by 4-5 kg.
