Circumferential magnetization is to establish circumferential magnetic field on the surface of the flaw detection part to detect the longitudinal discontinuity (defect) of the part.
The circumferential magnetic field is established on the surface of the part by direct electrification method to detect the magnetization mode of the longitudinal discontinuity of the part.
The so-called direct electrification method is a magnetization method that makes the connecting rod as a conductor to connect the circumferential electrode to form a magnetization current path and establish a circumferential magnetic field on the surface of the part to detect the longitudinal defects on the surface of the part.
Longitudinal magnetization is to establish longitudinal magnetic field on the surface of the part to detect the circumferential discontinuity (defect) of the part.
In this scheme, longitudinal magnetic field is established on the surface of the part by coil induction method to detect the circumferential discontinuous magnetization mode of the part.
The so-called coil induction method is a magnetization method that places the detected connecting rod inside the effective magnetic field of the coil to obtain the magnetic field direction parallel to the axial direction to detect the circumferential defects on the surface of parts.
CZQ-4000 AC/DC fluorescent magnetic particle inspection machine is an electromechanical separate structure, consisting of three-phase full wave DC 6000A, AC 6000A power supply system and CZQ-6000 bed system.Mainly includes the power supply control system, clamping magnetizing device, magnetic suspension spray system, fluorescence system and darkroom several major components, suitable for wet magnetic particle method in detecting tube made of ferromagnetic material, the shaft rod, such as parts of surface and near surface of casting, forging, machining, and fatigue crack due to a variety of causes and various minor defects.
