Maintenance and Care Procedures
- Before each operation, wipe the film feed table and external body with a soft cloth to remove dust and dirt
- Verify proper connection of all peripheral equipment and ensure replenisher tank liquid level is not below 1/3 of tank height
- Position replenishment tubes properly to tank bottom and adjust all overflow pipes to correct positions
- Open top cover, wipe internal water droplets from chemical evaporation, and clean drive roller surfaces of crystals or dirt
- Refill wash tank with fresh water after cleaning
- Confirm power supply connection, turn on water inlet switch, then activate main power switch
- Test manual replenishment button to verify developer and fixer solutions replenish normally and circulation pump operates properly
- Wait until processor reaches set temperature before starting operation
- Feed 1-2 cleaning films or clean waste films through machine before each operational session
- After operation, turn off power and water inlet switch, drain all water from wash tank
- Open film feed cover and leave top cover slightly ajar to prevent condensation
- Use ventilation equipment when available to maintain proper air circulation
