This type combines the superior stength of Rare Earth magnets into a completely automated self cleaning system to automatically remove fine tramp iron contamination.

On the basis of manual drawer type , the self-cleaning one increases the automatic cleaning structure, controlled by PLC, the cleaning system can set automatic iron removal frequency and interval time according to the iron content, the system will automatically clean up miscellaneous iron according to the set time, without manual intervention, so the  automatic cleaning one  can meet the continuous work of the production line.

it can work in applications where you cannot afford to shut the system down for cleaning and must ensure tramp metal protection at all times, it cycles each grate row independently so at least one row always remains in the product flow.
