C7 C9 3126B ISUZU HEUI Injector Test Bench for Hydraulic Actuated Electronic Unit
HEUI (Hydraulically Actuated Electronic Unit Injector) uses high-pressure engine oil to drive a booster piston to achieve fuel injection pressure far exceeding the driving oil pressure, rather than the traditional direct drive of a camshaft. It was widely used in Ford 7.3L and 6.0L Power Stroke engines and C-aterpillar construction machinery engines.
HEUI fuel injectors are used in a wide range of fields, including road vehicles, construction machinery, and industrial power generation, the most common are C7 C9 3126B ISUZU etc.
HEUI injectors require testing on a specialized HEUI test bench. The tests include injector sealing, injection volume under idle, medium speed, and full load conditions, and the return injection of both fuel and engine oil.
