- Place the probe - Connect the probe to the lead wire. Insert the vaginal probe and/or the anal probe. Connect the lead wire to machine.
- Turn the device on/off - Press power KEY.
- Adjust the Intensity - You can increase intensity by pressing the INTENSITY UP KEY and decrease by pressing INTENSITY DOWN KEY.
- Select a program - Use MODE KEY to choose a desirable program.
- After Use - Turn the unit off. Remove the probe and clean it.
