Key Features & Advantages
Lower failure rates, reduced maintenance requirements, minimal reagent consumption (0.7 mL per dose), and higher cost-effectiveness
  • Selector Valve Assembly: Flexible reagent sampling with minimized dead volume for extended service life
  • Micro-Dosing Unit: Visual photoelectric system ensures precise 0.7 mL dosing, eliminating pump tube wear errors
  • Sample Introduction Unit: Peristaltic pump with negative pressure suction creates air buffer zone to prevent corrosion
  • Sealed Digestion Unit: High-temperature, high-pressure operation accelerates reactions and eliminates volatile gas corrosion
  • Reagent Tubing: Imported modified PTFE transparent tubing with inner diameter >1.5 mm minimizes clogging
Analytical Principle

After acid digestion, hexavalent chromium [Cr(VI)] reacts with chromogenic agent (1,5-diphenylcarbazide) under acidic conditions to form violet-red chelate complex. Spectrophotometric analysis at 540 nm wavelength quantifies Cr(VI) concentration based on Beer-Lambert law, with direct correlation between chromogenic complex concentration and original Cr(VI) content.

Additional Features
  • Data retention during abnormal alarms or power outages
  • Touchscreen display and command input interface
  • Automatic discharge of residual reactants and system resumption after power restoration
  • Maintenance cycle ≥168 hours with ~1 hour per maintenance session
  • Reagent consumption
